Created for Renegade Nell. A demonological grimoire.
Calf leather covers, small format fanfare binding, tooled in gold with a tracery of spiders intertwining astrological symbols, cornered with memento mori. Compartments depict a series of demonic sigils. The title, Pseudomonarchia Daemonum, appears in the central compartment.
The lavish fanfare style was developed in Paris in the 16th century.
