Herbarium
Book
Created for Renegade Nell. Herbarium or book of medicinal plants.
A simple binding of wooden boards, with a calf leather spine. Pages contains many pressed and dried samples of medicinal plants. Each specimen lists alongside it potential healing uses, as well as it's temperament (hot, cold, moist or dry) from the ancient theory of humourism.
Shares many similarities with the later Culpeper's Complete Herbal.
